A Happy and Healthy New Year from all of us at CCAgility.

2019 saw many new faces especially on the instructor front and I feel very lucky with our current instructors, Rachael, Alison, Tanisha, Hannah and for most of the cover lessons Lisa. The feedback I have had is overwhelmingly positive, which was one of my aims in finding instructors.

I found that running a club remotely provides different challenges, the admin side of the club was always vey loose and due to different circumstances was last year at times a bit of a mess to say the least. I like to make it clearer for everyone including myself.

In that respect I would like to announce that per 16/3/2020 we shall have fixed term times for all the classes. Each term is 10 weeks. Cancellations from our side due to weather, holiday or unforeseen illness etc. will still be free of charge. Which means that your fee for the next term will be reduced with the amount of cancelled lessons from the current term.

So the dates will be fixed but the course fee can be reduced.

The course dates for 2020 are:

Spring term A:           16/03/2020 to 22/05/2020

Spring term B:           25/05/2020 to 31/07/2020

Summer term:           03/08/2020 to  09/10/2020

Autumn term:            12/10/2020 to 18/12/2020

Christmas holiday     21/12/2020 to 03/01/2021

Your current course fee will be calculated up to 16/3 and I will list those specifically for each class. Any cancelled lessons in this period will be deductible from Spring Term A.

Cancellations can be found on the facebook page “News for CCAgility”

And of course our website

If you miss a class due to personal circumstances it is possible to make these up in another class provided that class is not full and is of suitable level.

There will also be a slight increase per 16/3 in the course fee will go up by £5 to £70/10 weeks. I am hoping this will allow us to buy some new equipment.
